Rewards
Celebrate Your Success!
At Kemnal, good behaviour, hard work, and great attendance pay off. Here is a breakdown of how you can earn rewards, win prizes, and secure a spot on some amazing trips this year!
When staff catch you doing the right thing, they will reward you on the spot with two types of cards:
Golden Tickets
---
Handed out for exceptional behaviour. Every ticket you earn is an entry into our end-of-term raffle for a £20 Amazon voucher. The more you earn, the higher your chances of winning!
Value Cards
---
Given for demonstrating our school values. These earn you entry into our end-of-term raffle fo rewards like footballs, sweets, body sprays, and more.
All the cards are deposited into postboxes by the Humanities corridor and during the rewards assembly at the end of each term, names are drawn at random to win prizes.
The Ultimate End-of-Year Trip: Thorpe Park
Keep pushing yourself all year round! The students who accumulate the most reward points by the end of the school year will win an exclusive invite to our end-of-year trip to Thorpe Park.
House Points & Non-School Uniform Days
Your individual success helps your whole team! Every reward point you earn is automatically added to your House Points total.
At the end of each term, the House with the most points wins a Non-School Uniform Day to celebrate their victory.
100% Attendance Rewards
Showing up every day is a massive achievement. If you achieve 100% attendance for a full term, you will be invited to the exclusive End-of-Term Attendance Party—where you get to wear your own clothes for the day!
Examples from this year: Halloween Disco, Easter Egg Hunt, Foam Party and Summer Inflatables!
Maximize Your Chances of Winning
If you want to increase your odds of hearing your name called at the next assembly, keep these strategies in mind:
- Consistency is Key: Don't just aim for big achievements. Consistently doing the small things—like helping a classmate, participating in class, or being on time—is the easiest way to rack up cards daily.
- Know the Target Values: Pay attention to what your school focuses on. If the "Value of the Week" is collaboration, look for ways to be a great team player.
- Keep Them Safe: Make sure you follow your school's rules for submitting the cards. Don't lose them in the bottom of your bag!
