Welcome from the Headteacher
Since having the privilege of becoming Headteacher in May 2025, the College has begun a journey of rapid school improvement. Everything we do at Kemnal Technology College is underpinned by our core belief and commitment that:
‘We believe that every child should receive the highest quality of education regardless of their starting point in life. We care for, challenge and nurture our students providing them with the skills to develop into adults who make a positive and lasting impact on society. ’
This is a truly exciting time for the College, it’s staff and students. Within the first term we have successfully addressed behaviour and increased attendance so it is in line with national average, showing that our students want to come to school.
My leadership team and I believe in creating a school environment that allows students to learn and teachers to teach. We make no apologies for relentlessly pursuing the best in every child and providing them with the skills, resources and support needed in order to be happy and successful.
