Webinars for Young People

Bromley Y LogoBromley Y is a local charity based in the London Borough of Bromley that provides free, confidential mental health and emotional wellbeing support for children, young people (ages 0–18, and up to 25 for care leavers or those with EHCPs), and their families.

They offer services such as:

  • Direct Support: One-to-one therapy, guided self-help, and volunteer mentoring.
  • Group Work & Webinars: Psycho-education workshops and online sessions for young people and parents/carers.
  • In-School Programs: Mental Health Support Teams (MHST) working directly within local schools.
  • Integrated Care: Operating the Single Point of Access for youth mental health services in Bromley alongside the local NHS CAMHS team.
