Today marks the 80th Anniversary of VE Day - Victory in Europe Day. For form time, students went through a PowerPoint which included pictures, videos, songs by Dame Vera Lynn, diary entries and letters, all representing the time of the war and the time that follows. At 12pm, the whole school observed a two-minute silence to remember and thank those who fought for our freedom. #veday80thanniversary #LestWeForget #remembrance
